2021 Taxpayer’s Spanish Calendar

The Spanish tax administration has recently published the 2021 taxpayer’s calendar.  

In relation to the individual taxpayers the following dates need to be considered in the case you do not want to miss any important deadline for paying and filing your Spanish taxes: 

Until 20 January: 

  • Non-Tax Residents – form 210 – personal income tax forms related to non-payment forms due to exemptions 

Until 20 January, 20 April, 20 July and 20 October: 

  • Non-Tax Residents – form 210 – personal income tax forms with a tax payment in relation to each of the quarters.  

From 1 February (until 4 years from income payment): 

  • Non-Tax Residentsform 210 – personal income tax refund requests. 

Until 31 March: 

  • Tax Residents – form 720 – non-Spanish assets and rights informative declaration. 

Until 25 June: 

  • Tax Residents – form 100  annual personal income tax return with a payment to be deducted at a Spanish bank account (“domiciliado”). 
  • Special Tax Regime – form 151 – annual personal income tax return with a payment to be deducted at a Spanish bank account (“domiciliado”). 
  • All taxpayers – form 714  annual net wealth tax return with a payment to be deducted at a Spanish bank account (“domiciliado”).

Until 30 June: 

  • Tax Residents – form 100 – annual personal income tax return with a refund, payment, etc.  
  • Special Tax Regime – form 151 – annual personal income tax return with a refund, payment, etc.  
  • All taxpayersform 714 – annual net wealth tax return with no payment due or payment. 

Until 5 November: 

  • Tax Residents  form 102 – personal income tax return second payment (request should be done at the initial filing in June). 

Until 31 December 

  • Non-Tax Residents – form 210 – personal income tax return due to payment of properties’ imputed income.
